On Friday, February 17th, 2023, Members from the December 1, 2022 Board-approved roster will be eligible to vote to accept the Member Resolutions (below), which indicate acceptance of the Board-adopted Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation and the amended Bylaws (approved 1 December, 2022)
